We expect 50+ vendors offering food, drinks, crafts, and unique goods.

Will vendor lists be published before the event?

Yes! New vendors will be added to our website as soon as they are confirmed, all the way up to the event day.

Can I become a vendor?

Absolutely! You can register as a vendor through the “Vendor Registration” section on this page.
We’d love for you to join us and make the event even more special!

7. Entertainment & Activities

Is there live music or performances?

Yes! We’ll have a K-pop dance team performance competition featuring the latest K-pop hits. There will also be cosplay contests celebrating K-culture, anime, and gaming.

Are there activities for children?

Absolutely! We have a variety of fun activities for kids,
including traditional Korean games and cultural experiences.

8. Payments & ATMs

Do all vendors accept cards?

While most do, some are cash-only. Bringing cash is recommended.

Is there an ATM on site?

No, there will not be an ATM available on site.
We apologize, but please make sure to bring cash with you.

9. Lost & Found

What if I lose something?

If our staff finds a lost item, it will be kept at the front desk.
Please note that you are fully responsible for your belongings,
so we recommend not bringing valuables such as cash or expensive items.
Take care to keep your possessions safe!

Is security provided?

Yes, there will be on-site security and event staff for your safety.

Are bags checked at entry?

For safety reasons, bags may be subject to inspection.

What happens if someone causes trouble after getting drunk?

If a guest becomes disruptive as a result of intoxication, they will be asked to leave immediately,
and entry may be denied for future events to maintain safety and order.

Am I allowed to bring a bag or a small purse?

We’re sorry, but bags are not allowed inside.
If you have one, please leave it at the front desk for safekeeping.
If you must bring a bag, please note that it will be subject to a security check.
