Gold Tier Payment Plan – $1,000.00

• 10×10 booth in a general location

• Name listed as Gold Sponsor on event website and some materials
• Branding allowed within the event venue (e.g., banner installation in pre-approved locations)

• Location and size to be determined based on event scale
• Event materials and partial on-site exposure

FOOD
VENDOR

Food Vendor – $500.00

• Booth Size: 10×10 ft space
• Booth Tent: Required. Not provided → Available for purchase for $100 if needed
• Revenue: All revenue generated during the event belongs entirely to the vendor
• Provided Items: Up to 2 tables and electricity (including tables for customers to sit and eat)
• Water: Not provided → Available for purchase if needed
• Gas Use: LPG gas ❌ / Small butane burners ✅

1. RSO will be allowed to only sell commercially bought food
2. All RSO members at the bake sale must wear gloves and face coverings
3. Must practice social distancing where possible and ensure patrons are doing the same
4. The RSO must have hand sanitizer available and prominently displayed for patrons to use
5. If the pre-packaged item requires utensils, utensils are required to be individually wrapped
6. Members must clean and disinfect table surfaces frequently
